What is RPA?
Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is a technology that allows users to configure computer software, or a “robot” to emulate human interaction with digital systems, to execute a business process. RPA robots utilize the user interface to capture data and manipulate applications just like humans do. They interpret, trigger responses and communicate with other systems in order to perform on a vast variety of repetitive tasks.
In addition, since RPA robots use the traditional user interface of customers' systems, it can be easily used to integrate multiple systems without any development nor customization required! Hence, RPA can do such integrations is a fraction of cost and time, compared to the traditional middle-ware.
RPA robots are capable of mimicking many–if not most–human user actions. such as:

- Copy and paste data.
- Move files and folders.
- Extract and process structured and semi-structured content from documents, PDFs, emails, or forms.
